My profession involves using touch to facilitate physical and emotional healing in my clients. Massage therapy goes beyond physical well-being and communicates between the client, practitioner, and nervous system. Massage can alleviate physical and emotional discomfort by manipulating the fascia, tissue, muscular, nervous, meridian, and lymphatic systems.

As a Clinical Massage Therapist, I specialize in Trigger Points and Myofascial Pain, Thai/Shiatsu Massage, Sports & Stretching Massage, Orthopedic Massage, and Customized Therapeutic Massage.

Soft tissue massage can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for the body's "rest and digest" response. This can decrease stress hormones like cortisol while increasing the production of feel-good hormones such as serotonin and dopamine. My hands-on treatment approach is a blend of Eastern Bodywork and Western Science. As a facilitator, I work with individuals seeking to improve their health, mind, and well-being. I aim to alleviate chronic muscle pain, release tension in specific areas, and improve flexibility and mobility. Using the Neuroscience of Massage Therapy, I provide personalized treatments to restore function, enhance sports performance, alleviate pain, and reduce or prevent physical restrictions resulting from repetitive injury or emotional trauma.
